ABOUT DENISE
Denise Alicea is an author whose work spans children’s books, poetry, young adult fiction, paranormal and time travel romance, and adventurous tales. Born in Manhattan and raised in Connecticut, she discovered her love of writing when drawing and painting could no longer capture her imagination. Starting with poetry as a teen, she soon began building vivid fictional worlds rich with emotion and creativity.
A proud member of the Romance Writers of America since 2005, Denise has earned multiple awards and finalist nods. Beyond her own writing, she gives back to the literary community through mentoring, active participation in RWA chapters, and running her book review site, The Pen & Muse Book Reviews.
